“ Came here for lunch. I ordered the chicken flautas and they were delicious. Looked wonderful on the plate and of course I was so anxious to try it I forgot to take a picture. My husband got the muchos nachos and the plate was piled high. He couldn't finish them. Portions are generous and the food is scrumptious. Highly recommend this place. “ We have driven by this place a few times and finally decided to try it out. It's kind of a cute place, but BIG floor with varrying sizes of tables, beautiful painted mural in the back and TVs left and right, but outside of that, not much ambiance. But, we came to try the food and I'm VERY tough on Mexican restaurants since there are so many. So, here goes: Appetizers: The free chips and salsa were awesome...great salsa with a little kick. We also ordered their guacamole; fresh, cold and almost like mine and I was impressed. We ordered, also, the queso con chorizo (cheese dip with chorizo) which was excelent as well. Meals: My wife got the quesadillas which were really good, but a bit bland, so, she poured a little table salsa on it and was very good. I got the enchilladas barbacoa which is basically enchilladas with shredded beef inside with green salsa. It could have used more salsa and honestly, wasn't very flavorful, but still did the trick. Is it our favorite, no. Would we go back...not sure when we compare to other places locally, but they have put a VERY good effort and I would encourage anyone to try them at least once. Family owned and in case you like iced tea, they do not have sweet & low nor regular Splenda, but it was refreshing anyway. ”

“ Let me say that this restaurant is clean! The food and service were just as good! Chips and salsa are served when you are seated. I added guac which tasted like it had just been made fresh. They have a pretty full lunch menu with a good amount of food. I definitely want to come back for the puffy tacos. ”

“ If you are looking for authentic Mexican cuisine, you have come to the right place. Frida's cocina is amazing there menu is full of authentic Mexican dishes. There is nothing basic on this menu. Everything is cooked to order. The service is outstanding. You're not just getting waited on by one person, it seems like the whole staff came by at one point to check on us to refill drinks take orders, and see how we have enjoyed our delicious meal. The chips and salsa are quite delicious, but make sure you save room for your amazing entrée! ”

The restaurant got a nice update from the previous owner. Love the mural they put on the way. I will go back just to try the margaritas! ”
